The Inspiration
Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident, sunt in culpa qui officia deserunt mollit anim id est laborum. The menu draws from the vibrant local seafood and the herbs grown in our own garden.

Each plate is meticulously crafted, from the amuse-bouche to the final petit four. Guests can choose from a 6-course or 9-course journey, with optional wine pairing curated by our sommelier.

- Hokkaido scallop with citrus gel and seaweed crisp
- Truffle risotto with aged parmesan
- Wagyu striploin with smoked potato and jus
- Dark chocolate tart with olive oil and sea salt
The tasting menu is available exclusively at Azure Signature, Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are recommended at least 48 hours in advance.

We tried the 9-course menu last week and it was absolutely divine. The scallop course was a highlight!
