Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking your stay.

Welcome to Azure Haven Resort. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, reservations, and stay at our property. By accessing our site or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Booking and Payment

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card is required to secure a booking. We accept major credit cards as indicated on our website.

1.1 Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the total stay may be charged at the time of booking for certain rates or packages. The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise stated.

1.2 Rates

Room rates are quoted per room, per night, and include applicable taxes unless specified. Rates are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

2. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary by rate plan. Please review the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking.

2.1 Standard Cancellation

For most flexible rates, cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund (minus any processing fees). Cancellations within 7 days will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.

2.2 Non-Refundable Rates

Non-refundable bookings require full prepayment and are not eligible for cancellations, changes, or refunds.

2.3 No-Show

In case of no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged and the remaining nights may be released.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave respectfully and comply with resort policies. We reserve the right to terminate a stay without refund for disruptive behavior, violation of house rules, or any illegal activity.

  • Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
  • Pets are only allowed in designated rooms and with prior approval; fees apply.
  • Damage to property will be charged to the guest on file.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Liability

Azure Haven Resort is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables. We are not responsible for injuries or accidents on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, graphics, logos, images, and software – is the property of Azure Haven Resort and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with an effective date. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
